At Kansas Farm Bureau my main responsibilities included managing the organization's Instagram page and running the Inside Ag Podcast. I also helped with random tasks during my time, which often includes writing stories for Kansas Living online, creating graphics and photographing events.

Today, we recognize and celebrate rural women.
The women who work cattle.
The women who run the operation.
The women who tend to their kids.
The women who harvest the crops.
The women who care for the sick bottle calves.
The women who manage the books.
The women who feed the harvest crew.
The women who work 40 hrs in town to support their families.
The women veterinarians, business owners, feedlot managers and mechanics. The farm wives and moms.

Inside Ag - Podcast

I produced the Inside Ag podcast, a weekly podcast designed to share organization happenings, celebrate members and discuss important agricultural topics. During my time on the mic, I interview KFB members and staff as well as industry leaders. My responsibilities for the podcast include contacting and scheduling guests, organizing and preparing the interview, recording and editing the audio and publishing and promoting the final product.

I managed the podcast between Season 3 Episode 24 and Season 3 Episode 46.

Kansas Living Online

Kansas Living is a quarterly magazine sent to Kansas Farm Bureau members. There is also an online website which shares current stories. Below are stories I have contributed.
